Shipping and Delivery

To send them to Switzerland, Top Caredent works with La Poste. An order on topcaredent.ch can only be delivered to an address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

As soon as a package is sent to La Poste, you will receive your package within 2 to 5 working days.

For private customers the delivery costs are CHF 5 for orders up to a value of CHF 45. From 45 CHF, shipping is free of shipping costs.

For professional customers and dental practitioners (dentists, dental hygienists, clinics, etc.) delivery costs are CHF 10 for orders up to a value of CHF 250. From CHF 250, shipping is free of shipping costs.

In the event of damage visible from the outside of the ordered goods, compensation for damages is not possible only with a certificate from the respective carrier.

Orders

Following an order placed, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 7 working days and to return the goods.

The delivered goods must be returned in good condition, functional , complete and in original packaging in perfect condition with the indicated invoice number.

If the above conditions are not met, we will charge a processing fee of CHF 20.

The right of return begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer.

This also bears the cost of the return. The right of return only applies to original unopened packaging.

The right of return generally excludes items with price reductions as well as those which have been specially manufactured at the request of the customer. customer.

If the customer has returned the goods correctly and on time, Top Caredent AG will send him a credit note or, on request, a replacement delivery.

In accordance with statutory provisions, liability for damages is excluded. In particular, Top Caredent AG is not liable for damage that can be attributed to misuse or natural wear and tear, or for damage that did not occur to the delivery item itself (consequential damage).

Payment

Payment must generally be made net within 14 days from the date of issue of the invoice.

A reminder fee of CHF 10 is charged from the second reminder
