With our Ortho Care range, we offer products for orthodontics as a contribution to better orthodontic treatment. In collaboration with Prof. Dr. Adrian Lussi, an orthodontic brush has been developed, bringing by its cut shape a specific solution for the care of dental appliances.

The orthodontic brush is designed in such a way as to allow simultaneous cleaning of brackets and adjacent teeth and achieves greater efficiency thanks to the cut shape.

There is also a study demonstrating the optimal effectiveness of the cut-shaped brush head when used in orthodontic treatment.

• The orthodontic appliance as well as the surrounding areas are optimally cleaned.

Usage	With handle (Holder-1, Holder-2, IDBH-HB, IDBH-HM, IDBH-HC). Ideal for cleaning in case of orthodontic treatment (orthodontic appliances, brackets). For crevices, use the appropriate brush heads from the Circum® or A-Brush range.
Lifespan	Top Caredent produces the highest quality interdental brushes. The lifespan depends on the use of the product and the size of the interdental brushes. Interdental brushes should be changed as soon as the bristles seem worn as they lose their cleaning ability. Allow about 1 week for fine interdental brushes (for daily use), about 2 weeks for large models.

Instructions

Our instructions for guaranteeing daily or regular hygiene of the interdental spaces

• Use preferably before brushing your teeth, so that the fluorides in the toothpaste can work in the sensitive areas.
• Insert the brush head into the handle with little pressure (screwing movement 1/4 turn), and to change, push with your thumb or pull out.
• Never force the brush head between teeth or into spaces.
• Rinse the brush head regularly, clean each space about twice with a light back and forth motion.
• At the end, allow the cleaned brushes to air dry on a clean surface, e.g. place on the edge of a glass (quick-drying water-repellent materials).
